Utilities
Gas infrastructure – high pressure gas pipeline of 1.2MPa with distributing pipeline network of low and medium pressure over the area, for gas boiler and other administrative buildings. Permitted gas consumption is at 5 540 cubic meters per hour.
Gas metering unit consists of three metering points. Counters Kurs-01. G65B, Kurs - 01 G 65A-1, G-10VKT, proofreaders of Flow Tech with resistance temperature detector.
Steam: from the boiler DKVR 20 / 13-10 - 20 tons of steam per hour and boiler ST 400- 4 tons of steam per hour, the equipment of "Avogadro", Italy.
Electric power supply: from central power distribution of 10 kW powered from the transforming substation - 40 and main step down substation 110/35/10 Belgorod - Dnistrovskiy with a permitted capacity of 2630 kW consumption lined with three substations with two transformers of 1000 kW and 630 kW. Each substation has reactive power compensation launching unit. There is a multi-tariff counters SL 761S071 at three points.
Water: 4 own artesian wells. Also there is a water spray tower of V = 50meters and three reservoirs: two of them at 250 m3 capacity, and another one of 500 m3.
The company has a special water use permit for 290 m3 of water per day.
Drainage line for water is connected with a city interceptor. There is a waste counter for water and the permitted water sewing stands at 60 m3 per hour.
Feeder railways road which is connected with the railroad Liman of Belgorod-Dnistrovskiy main station. The railroad runs via Belgorod-Dnistrovskiy seaport.
Air pressure is produced by the equipment of 3GP 20/08, 4 items available. And also there is VVU 5/7 compressor.
There is a land parcel of 4ha with sand deposits.
Two lime pits with a capacity of 50tons and enricher.
Transportation: MAZ 555 102 - 2 pcs., VAZ -2110, minibus "Gazelle", wheel loader B-135 wheel loader "Amkador" locomotive TGK - 2, the mobile crane KS-5363V and bulldozer T-130.
Telephone line and PBAX.
The last modernization was carried out at the plant back in 1995. It has been decided to set a new high-performance modern technology that allows producing of cellular concrete products at the quality level of European and world standards. We chose WEHRHAHN line B6-900-Smart with a projected capacity of 900m3.
After the decision the company implemented the following:
A project for the line of cellular concrete has been worked out for EUR 123 000
The relevant documentation for the foundation works of the equipment was obtained for UAH 89 000
The preliminary works carried for foundation and mounting of the equipment were carried out for UAH 162 900
The equipment for dozing, mixing and pre-curing (solidification) has been purchased for EUR 1.1mln
The investment needs to finish the modernization works are estimated at:
- EUR 5mln for the needed parts of WEHRHAHN (Cutting line, shaping tools, equipment of autoclaving and transportation, sorting and packaging, ad computer control unit)
- UAH 50mln (USD 1.92ml) for the construction and mounting works
The profits will reach UAH 50mln per year after the modernization, operating at profitability level of 30% for 250 m3 of annual output out of 900m3 projected capacity of the final produce;
