The QUEENS network is a complex of modern and latest professional washer-dryer equipment that allows people to significantly save their own money and time. The subject of sale includes four operating washing points in the city of Dnipro and equipment for the launching of 2 more points.
All equipment manufactured in 2015-2017 (USA, Italy) in working condition, purchased from the manufacturer. The equipment for additional 2 points as a result of business reformatting has been temporarily out of service since 2018 and is in warehouse storage.
The price also includes business goodwill, domain management of a specialized site www.prachka.dp.ua on the Internet, stably positioned locations in Google searches and active pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram).

The production indicators are provided at the existing current load of the equipment - 30% of the production capacity.
The possibility of increasing the production load by three times, without capital investments.
An offer for an investor
Total return on business: approximately 21 months (under the same conditions of 30% equipment load). It is reduced in case of increased loading and the introduction of additional points.
All premises are under long-term lease and the deal involves the sale of all existing equipment with the appropriate renewal of leases.
Requirements for new premises (in case of introduction of additional production points): leased/own area - from 20 sq.m., power connection - from 30 kW, availability of city water supply and sewage.
Price (including the cost of technological equipment for setting up 2 additional production points) - UAH 2,200,000.
